Shouldn’t you be moving all your weights as fast as you can all the time (within reason)?
I would recommend sticking to box jumps and throws. And like the guy said above, control descent, fast as ascent. Like everyone has done for 100 years but now is a “thing”.
Lifting = CAT
Sprints = HIIT
Eating = every diet ever
But yeah - let’s not do jerky movements during a deload. RECOVER!
