Hey folks, I’m a female with about 50lbs to lose (I’ve lost the first 50 in the last several months). I feel like I have kind of hit a plateau and I really want to bust my butt and have major progress between now and christmas. I was thinking about doing fat fast, but I’m not sure how great that is for a woman, and I am looking for a killer workout to melt these pounds off. I’d really appreciate any and all suggestions.
