Speed Eating?

I've heard both ways, but does eating faster make you more full or does eating slower?
Sorry if this has been addressed before, I was just wondering.

eating slower, so that your stomach has time to tell your brain that you are full, or something like that anyway

It’s about 15-20mins into eating that your brains will signal “I’m full”. Tt’s very individual, though. You should also take into account that food is supposed to be chewed and thus start the digestion process.

Eating slower with out a doubt, I decided to eat slower as I always shovel things down too fast, and unintentionally lost a load of weight, it’s like you just start to get bored with eating. I eat pretty fast still though, not finding the time at the moment to taking 30minutes to eat a meal. Don’t need to lose weight either.
