So after an aggravated back injury from shoveling snow years ago and two sprained ligaments in my left thumb, I’m back in the game. I was well on my way to 4 plates while on Eric Cressey’s Maximum Strength, but these two lovely incidences put a halt to that.
Hadn’t seen my form in a while, so I figured I’d get a vid during my speed sets. Working off of a guesstimated 1RM of 345 (probably higher), so 65%.
