Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but i'm new on the boards.
I'm studying for my Masters degree in chiropractics and my thesis is on isotonic and isometric training for developing speed and load for a chiropractic adjustment.
I have also been training for over 10 years and have a fairly high level of knowledge regarding (most of it from reading the articles here!).
Do any of the authors or members know of any authors or sites that specialize in improving speed and acceleration training??
I'm focusing mainly on the triceps and pectorals by the way.
