I have watched a specific Glute-bridge video some time ago.
The instructor was very competent. He did not just do the bridge like others do in 1000 videos out there.
He started out with easy variations of the bridge and then did harder and harder variations, he did up to 5 variations if I remember right. Different variations with different ways to have the arms, hands and shoulders placed and stretched. It was all on the floor. No bench, no big ball..
Maybe from an article here on T Nation or from bb.com But I think I have done my best to search those 2 places.
I hope someone remembers it!
