Specific dose for a specific frame?

I would like to use Tribex 500 but I wanna use it at its best way. So, my question is this what is the proper dose or most efficient amount to take for a 5’7’’ 165 pound male? Also, I am thinking of using it with T2, MD6, and Xenabol from VPX sports with the German Volume training 2000 for two months, WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? Shredded,ripped,and buff type look.
