Specialization Workouts in Indigo 3G Training

Hi @ all,
I train the HP Mass Strenght Training from the Indigo Projekt. Phase 2
At which Time should i do These specialization workouts?
After the normal workouts?

The Specialization workouts should be placed on the 6th day of training on their own day with the Indigo programs. However, i would advise holding off on these for at least the entire duration of the program(The full 12 weeks)

The spec phase is basically to improve your capacity to recruit a muscle/bring up a lagging part and should kind of be a last ditch effort to do so. There is plenty of volume already in the Indigo programs and you could possibly effect your gains because of incomplete recovery by adding these workouts when not needed.

Run the program as is for now(12 weeks) and then address things from there they are not something that HAS to be done. You’re in Phase 2 now so keep things up and see how your body is handling the current structure.

Thanks, for the Info. The 5 days is at the Moment enough for me. At the 2 days off i do light cardio or Ride bycicle.
