Just curious to whether people here use specialization routines from time to time? I have read a few things from various coaches that say that focusing 4-6 weeks on a specific muscle or 2 whilst ‘maintenance’ training other bodyparts can really help.
I really want to bring up my chest, I have seen a powerlifting program called Smolov Jr for Bench Press, which I am thinking of using, maybe with a few tweaks.
What do people here do/have done?
