what are your specialist areas when it comes to training?

i would say i foucs more on hypertrophy then strength.


i think if you say that you focus more on size than strength you are severly limiting yourself.

By and large, I agree with Goldberg. People who start out trying to get strong typically end up both bigger and stronger than the people who just want to get big, regardless of strength.

Gotta go with Gb on this one. I don’t understand all this emphasis on trying to get big while ignoring strength. They compliment each other in many ways and are both integral parts of getting in shape and maintaining your health.
