Soy Milk?

I was wondering… I am trying to loose FAT & although i stay away from milk as MUCH as possible when i do grab some cereal or something i was wondering if i should use SOY (which i hear GOOD & BAD about or a regular SKIM.? Thanks & GREAT GREAT form here…

Mostly all soy products in the USA are derived from genetically altered crops (inserted resistance genes, etc.) so as to be very different from Asian soy. There has also been a big political “push” for the government to market these products as “healthy”.

Soy has become the new high fructose corn syrup, and it’s being put into just about all processed foods.

If you’re deficient in estrogen then soy may have some positive effects, otherwise I wouldn’t bother. And yes, men can be deficient in estrogen.

Depression, fatigue, foggy headedness, cognitive dysfunction, hyperthyroidism, sexual dysfunction, inflammation, aneurisms, etc…
