I've come across two sources now that have blasted soy protein as totally inferior to whey. Now does that mean that soy milk is totally inferior to whole milk if the end goal is to lose excess fat through dieting?

First start by figuring out why soy is inferior to whey. Then tell us what that has to do with calories in vs calories out and macronutriet ratios.
