Ever notice that soy is creeping it’s way into so many foods lately, especially grain/carb products such as bread and cereals? it pisses me off.
that’s bad enough, but I expect it with our fda and the foods sold to the masses. What really is upsetting is the fact that almost all “low carb / hi protein” products use soy isolate exclusively. Even in the latest things we like column with the flax-o-meal.
