I looking at several protein products like ON gold 100% and DYMATIZE Elite Whey, they both contain a little soy, does this small amount really matter?
I would avoid it personally. Would just a little bit of poop on your plate of food matter to you or would if have to be a considerable sized terd to make you not eat it LOL
There are more than enough products without, so why settle for one with even a little?
Soy lecithin, the ingredient found in ON’s 100% Whey Gold Standard for example, is not the same as soy or soy protein, though. While it’s status as a ‘wonder food’ claimed by some is disputed, it shouldn’t do any harm as a minor ingredient of a protein powder.
