I was looking through some protein bars the other day trying to avoid the ones with soy because of the estrogen associated with it. Then, it got me to thinking is this really even a legit cocncern I mean think about it there are bodybuilders past and present that included soy and related phyto-soy products to there diets for years. I’m not taking a stance either way just looking to start an educated debate…

I’m the same way. I’ve been avoiding soy (and soy products) for that reason. I got really sick one time from drinking a lot of soy. In fact, I think I may be allergic. I’m interested in what everyone else has to say on this.
