I was wondering what clean foods I could eat that would give me the following:
milk protein isolates
whey-casein blends (only in shakes maybe)
what are some low-GI fruits?

For milk protein isolates, simply look for isolate in the name of the protein powders. It should be the first (if not only) protein ingredient in the ingredient list.
Whey Casein blends would be like Metabolic Drive (Low-Carb or regular. Not Metabolc Drive Complete).
Low GI fruits would be berries (strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.), apples, oranges and such. I do believe that bananas are a high GI fruit though. And generally the darker the berries, the better as far as vitamins and such are concerned.
Epa/Dha would be fatty fish or fish oil or Flameout.
