Wed: LEGS/ADD
A1 leg press or smith machine 3x10-12 2’
A2 leg femoral 3x8 2’
B1 calf press 3x8 1’
B2 cable crunch 3x12 1’

Fri: SHOULDERS/ARMS
A1 upright row 3x8-10(barbell), tempo 1.5’
A2 behind neck press (barbell) 3x8-10, tempo 1.5’
B1 briceps extension, 3x10-12, tempo 1’
B2 curl ez, 3x8-10
