so i have a months supply of whey powder, and weight gainer powder. what would be better, take 1 serving a day, or 2 on the days i lift? going just for maximum weight gain here. thanks much

I’ve said it before, if you’re asking this kind of nutritional question, you have bigger issues with nutrition to worry about than the question being asked.
