Is there any real difference beyond personal preference? Beyond one being iron and the other wood, what is the advantage of one over the other?
I would personally go with the iron just because its what your going to see at 90% of the shows. The only real advantage in using a wooden log is that it with out a doubt looks seriously bad ass but thats it in my opinion.

If you’re competing in NAS/ASC I would get a Bigg Dogg Log, since that’s what you’ll see in competition (at big shows)
