Soreness

Simple question… Should I work out if I am sore?

If you are so sore getting out of bed hurts or moving period then no don’t work out. But, if it’s slight soreness that starts to dissipate when you are warming up for your work sets then go for it.

I’m gonna second this one. Anytime you don’t feel like working-out, if you’re feeling a bit sick, sore, tired, hung-over, etc. Go warm-up first, odds are you’ll feel more like working-out after a warm-up.
