whos got some good advice for pain in inner elbows from pull up routines?
During?? after?? sharp pain. dull ache what are we talking
I’ve noticed some elbow tweaking when doing a lot of total pulling volume.
Some general ideas… make sure you are getting your omega-3’s, balance out your pushing and pulling, switch up your grip, switch up your lifts, deload, or even add in small amounts of down time for the joints in question.
Obviously, if it’s a lot more serious than what I consider tweaking, then stop doing it.
Do you have pain when doing Tricep exercises as well?

No pain with triceps set, but during pull up routines… its a throbbing ache
