Does anyone else have certain body parts that get sore and achy when they dont work out as often as they normally would. I had a lower back injury this summer and since i’ve gotten my strength back when i dont workout doing goodmornings, RDL’s, and any other type of lower back/hamstring exercise my lower back gets sore, achy, and weak. Does anybody else have this? and is this normal at all?
That could depend on the lifestyle you lead.
Since I visit a sauna almost everyday, and rarely, if ever, sit on a real chair (I use a swiss ball… is has its uses ~^), the only pain I ever get while not working out is listening to all my female friends.
