Sitting around today at around 4 o clock, I had the urge to lift, but not too "intense". (I have a workout planned 2morrow)
I remembered Chad's article where his friend did 20 pushups every hr and a half. From there I decided to try a variation with the push press.
Basically, I loaded up a barbell and did 3x3 with about 85% of my max every hour and fifteen minutes.
Finished about 7 rounds of those 2dae.
Ill see how I feel 2morrow!.
