Something Interesting

At least for me. I have been in the very bad habit of only doing half squats for years due to not wanting to look like I can’t do much weight. But I’ve noticed that since coming here and reading T-Mag and doingf other leg excersises I have been able to go down further in my squats. In fact I think it was incorporating bar hack squats(not machine hacks) that have been the biggest influence in my squats
