Theres this girl I work with who recently decided she wanted to lose some weight. The first thing she said was “I’m going to eat more vegetables and drink more water.”
I was fairly stunned.
No mention of the abberzabber machine, no gallons of green tea, no diet pills, no fat loss secrets of the stars… just eat more vegetables and drink more water.
