Someone From MA Want to Teach OL?

Hey guys,

I’ve always been impressed by Olympic lifts, but videos don’t do them justice when trying to learn. I’ve tried and failed many times, and I think I need some help. Anyone in the North Shore MA area know how to Olympic lift? I could go to your gym for a couple of sessions and just learn the basics? I don’t really know how to go about asking, but I know that I’ve studied plenty of videos and they’re just so damn hard, and I really don’t want to injure myself.

I’m pretty sure they have an olympic lifting club at Excel in Waltham.

You can usually access OW club info from the usa weightlifting page here: Réduire ses impôts

but the site seems to be down (at least it didn’t work for me) Here’s a link to a word document that lists all registered clubs by state, check it out:

good luck with your learning…

Yup. It’s an excellent facility where you can be sure you’ll get top-notch instruction in a serious training environment.
