I'm 17 years old track athlete that run 100m and 200m dash. We are at off-season and I try to do some olympic lifts, strength training and some plyometrics. Also I work on my mobility.
I train as 1 day lifting, another day stretching.
Here is the last 4 lifting day of me.
What do you think about exercise selections etc. As I said I'm a sprinter. What can you suggest a sprinter about general fitness?
