I discovered your program some days ago and I am really curious about doing it. I want to use it before I am going to a shooting. My problem is that the shooting is at 8pm.
- If I will end up my carp-up the day before, how much carbs should I eat during the peak day, because there is still some time between breakfast and the shoot at 8pm.
- The other question is how much water should I drink than during the day if I cut my water intake by the 4th meal the day before? Or maybe it's than a better option tu cut the water just during the peak day?
I would really appreciate to get an answer from you CT or someone who was in a similiar situation like me.
