So what are the best excercises for improving the following …especially regarding basketball…
glutes, hams, low back?
laterl movement and strenghten the groin?
unilateral leg excercises?
core(Abs, low back)?
And what do you recomend as a warm up before a game??
What about before hiting the weights??
