What do you think about that? I really love R/P and I'm working in some variables:
Mechanical Drop Set Rest/Pause:
I performance a mechanical drop set making a 10-15 seconds pause between.
Even the first part of the MDS I can play with mTOR reps
I'm looking for the exercises and advantages for going from 6-8 to 3-4 to 1-2 reps and
6-8 to 8-10 to 10-12
In your opinion, could it be valid?
I'm trying to put as well in super sets of 2 or 3 exercises as well.
