Some Intense Squatting

Well, at least I think it is impressive.

That was sick.

405x26 full squats I’m impressed. Keep up the good work.

That’s nucking futs but the guy doesn’t even look that big wtf.

Train hard enough and one day you’ll be even stronger than that!

I puked in my mouth a bit after watching that.

He kept his form right up to the last rep. Didn’t get sloppy anywhere along the way. And his speed going up didn’t change that much from start to finish. That’s what impresses me the most.

guess you guys don’t read the 20 rep squat challange thread…

I didn’t until now. Sorry for the re-post. I just went to youtube and typed “raw squat” and this came up. I posted it right after I cleaned my drawers without checking other threads.

Who ever said you had to be big to be strong?

Well I didn’t just mean big I was kind of implying that he doesn’t look strong/athletic at all.

Generally when you can squat 405lbsx26, you look like you can.

I DO. He weighs 260 lbs.

He’s not lean so he doesn’t create an illusion of size like a stage ready bodybuilder.
However, he is big AND strong.

damn impressive

My point exactly.
