Bent Lat Raises 3x6-8
Rear barbell press 2x8-10
Upright Rows ezbar 3x8-10

back-bis day 2 wednesday

Chins
shurgs barbell of dumbell 3x8-10
One arm rows 3x8-10
wide grip pull downs 3x8-10
Seated Rows 3x8-10

Also I apologize for any stupid posts I’ve posted so far hahha

Alright this looks like a whole lot of upper body work. I realize this is your back / shoulder routine but you have these split 48 hrs apart (wed/fri) so what is the rest of your routine for legs, hammies etc?

What are your goals? Are you training for strength or for hypertrophy?

Personally I would combine both of those days into one that would look like this:

Pullups - 3 sets 4-6 reps
Seated or Upright rows 3 sets 6-8 reps
Military Press 3 sets 6-8 reps
Good Mornings 3 sets 6-8 reps

One day, and you hit most of the back & shoulders. You might be able to do some front / side raises for the delts if you felt like it or even a bit of bicep work. Just my .02. I am not an expert but I’m sure others will chime in.
