Some Guy Deadlifting 900lb. in Training

Deadlifting twice every three weeks isn’t a big deal if you have any idea how to manage fatigue. Hell I know of major lifters that deadlift 2-3 times per week. I personally do at least 2 pulling movements a week.

The program posted of Nee is nearly 5 years old! His training is nothing like that anymore.
