I’ve been working on my flexibility for a bit now, w/ the goal of getting my ass right on top of my heels for squat cleans and snatches.
My hips are pretty loose and I have had trouble finding a good way to stretch my calves, as I think that is the limiting factor for my flexibility now. I tried a bunch of different ways, but nothing that has worked that great.
This was linked from www.performancemenu.com today, and shows some calf stretches using the wall and pnf methods.
