Some Article Help


Was there an article that was posted recently (I swear!) that advocated taking in more calories at breakfast (say, steak for breakfast) and slowly taper off towards dinner (I think it was suggested to eat eggs or a shake).

Now I can't seem to find it. Am I crazy?
