Not much, what's up with you?

Ooookayyyyy...

Do you have fewer muscles in your body than the rest of us, or did you mean 20 pounds?

Good so far...

Doh!! You had me at "add muscle mass". You want to gain weight to lose weight?! If your friends at school jump off a bridge are you...never mind.

You could, if done properly,

uuuuhhhh...

You're welcome!

Seriously though. Proper diet andgood exercise will transfer a body quickly, especially if my assumption that you're young and inexperienced. Read up on this site for good training and diet tips.

How are your friends eating that causes you such jealousy? You need to eat for success, make them wish they could eat like you and look like you do when you transform your body. Or just give up and have another McNugget.

That's the one. I know it gets thrust on every beginner that asks any question around here, but that's because it's really good. Read it, bookmark it, live it, etc.

try a split routine.
work out all muscle groups within 3 days and take 1 day off and then reapeat.
for instance
day 1. chest shoulders and tricepts.
day 2. legs
day 3. stomach, back, bicepts.
day 4. off
day 5. reapeat
do this in sets of 9 per muscle for 8-10 reps each set.

raul
please stop
your intentions may be good, but your advice and commentary is not

Raul,

What are "tricepts" and "bicepts"???

Dude, go to Vroom's "Are you a Beginner II" thread and read every link on there. Then if you have any questions, come back and ask.

HOT-ROX and Spike, can I take both? If no then why? Thanks guys, your a huge help to me and all your advice is already making me look better.

#11

If I were you, I'd hold off on the HOT-ROX until you've got your diet in order. It may be a helpful supplement for you, but it won't seem to do anything unless your diet is reasonable.

I'm quickly becoming a believer of Spike. I have a ton of focus during my workouts when I use it.

My diet is in order correctly,High protein low carbs, about 100 carbs a day,and then about 200 grams of protein.and around 2000 calories a day. Lots of water, and about 1 hour and 30 minutes of workout a day. Im starting to look better thanks for the advice the people on this site has givin me.So I would think if im taking Spike I should lessen up on the HOT-ROX to balance out the caffiene out a little bit. What do you guys think?

HOT-ROX and Spike are NOT to be used together. This was covered Numerous times in both product threads.
