Some AD Recipes

Came up with these while on the Anabolic Diet and thought I would share

Spicy Ground beef:

Take a pound of more of ground beef, dump into a frying pan and break into pieces
Add a heaping tablespoon of crushed garlic and olive oil
Season with Lawry’s salt
a little ground pepper
a decent amount of cayenne pepper

very tasty

Spicing up chicken: eat with mustard and hot sauce (no carbs) - this is surprisingly tasty

Egg Bacon pie:

Cook 3-4 eggs in a pan on low heat until cooked through
add 4-5 slices of cooked organic bacon (no nitrates) on top
cover with 2-3 slices of cheese


Cast iron pan, up to a dozen Omega 3 eggs beaten. 2-3 cups of broccoli, 1 cup of diced ham, 1/2 cup cubed extra sharp cheddar cheese. This is all mixed together and slightly cooked on the stove.

You cook just long enough to get the bottom solid. You then bake it until the top browns, maybe 20 minutes on 325?

You eat it like pieces of pie. Good hot or cold.

Feel free to mix whatever you like in it like sausage, peppers, onions etc.
