sodium+creatine+W/O shake


Ive read that taking creatine and sodium together will help with the absorption of creatine as much or more than taking creatine and a high GI sugar (eg glucose).
So I wonder if adding sodium/salt to a post workout shake that has creatine in it would be worth while.
I know that Berardi says not to add anything to his formula other than creatine but would some sodium be beneficial or not?
