Soccer Strength Training

Watching the European Soccer League you obviously see that they are much bigger and faster. I’m doing 15 exercises per visit to the gym, trying to hit my full body and workouts are way to long, 1.5 hours minimum.

With two jobs, and a family it makes it hard to be gone for 2 hours. Any recommendations on what I can do to help increase explosiveness, speed, power and get big at the same time?..
