So Many Workouts! Which For Me?

Im always looking for new workouts, I have yet to find a push/pull workout that nterest me though. Can anyone recommend a 3 day workout for me? I do MMA, so I need to spend a lot of time training and doing cardio so 3 days a week is all I can afford to spend lifting. I am 6’2" - 200lbs and have been trainging for 2 years or so. So id say im intermediate to advance.

Any links to good workouts, or anything you guys have created would be awesome!
