Probably didn’t stretch enough after my squats on Thursday, and tore my calf muscle Friday night from the simple act of running up the stairs. Hurt like a sonofabtch. I’ve iced it for two days, and I can walk on it today, but it still hurts quite a bit. Eitehr way, moral of the story, stretch the calves. Stretching glutes, hams, and quads isn’t enough. I won’t be squatting for 4 weeks
