So I Tore My Calf Muscle

Probably didn’t stretch enough after my squats on Thursday, and tore my calf muscle Friday night from the simple act of running up the stairs. Hurt like a sonofabtch. I’ve iced it for two days, and I can walk on it today, but it still hurts quite a bit. Eitehr way, moral of the story, stretch the calves. Stretching glutes, hams, and quads isn’t enough. I won’t be squatting for 4 weeks :frowning:
