For a body weight of 92kgs (202-203 pounds) at 6ft what is a ‘good’ weight to be snatching?

A good snatch for you would be if you could do bodyweight.


In the States at least bodyweight is usually considered the bare minimum to keep from embarrassing yourself at a meet. I would assume that in Europe the standards are probably higher, but if you’re just doing it for yourself I would say that a “good” weight is an effective and improving one. Good luck!

ok, i’m at 80kg for a single and 70kg for 5 x 5. Seems strange to me that me max isn’t much more than what i can rep out.
