hips are still rising a bit early. How heavy is this pull in relation your snatch? Try concentrating on driving that chest up a bit more off the start.
high my max snatch is 75kg this is 80kg pull
yea in the snatch and the snatch pull, hips are popping up a bit too fast. You’re also rushing the second pull a bit. If you watch your feet, you are landing in front of where you initiate the lift at, if anything you want to jump back, not forward.
yah times like this i wish i had a coach. any remedies to fix the issue?
again, focus on driving that chest up and being a little more patient with the second pull. Pull yourself under the bar a bit more before initiating the second pull, if that makes sense

When my coach yells at me for my hips rising too fast, I just concentrate as hard as I can on a good mind-muscle connection with my quads and just try to use those exclusively for the entire pull. At the top of the pull, you should feel like falling forwards slightly, not backwards.
