Snatch Grip High Pulls

Snatch grip high pulls did more for my yoke development than any other exercise I’ve ever done… im actually doing them every other workout now until my overall shoulder and chest development catches up.

i noticed growth as soon as i did a large pyramid scheme, starting at around 14-16 reps and dropping 2 reps per set until i hit 6 reps then doing my initial starting weight until form lacked.

i never did really huge weight but ended with 225lb most of the time and focused on power and explosion and tried to hit my self in the chin with the bar (i actually did once, lol)
