Not a thread really but just to thank CT for your fountain of knowledge.
I usually follow your articles and have found the best results for myself in doing so. I have always struggled with shoulder however recently stumbled across your Snatch Grip high Pull video and article and was very dubious when you mentioned that it may be possible to see results in 2/3 workouts. I’ve used them twice now and although my shoulders aren’t the shoulder boulders i want to have i have certainly noticed a difference and have a new found love for this exercise. Thank you and sorry for doubting.
Also i have been doing it using a 5x5 Method where the first 2 are ramping warm up sets. Is this ok? Would you advise any other Method?
