Hello, is there a way to incorpore snatch grip deadlift to the best dam workout for natural lifter
High pulls or deadlift?
I wouldn’t use the snatch deadlift in the best damn program (unless you are talking about the best damn strength program) the neurological impact is not worth the gains.
But high pulls can be used.
I would likely go with heavy rest/pause… start with 3-5 reps, rest 15-20 sec then try to get 2-4 additional reps.
