I did 3 sets of 3 (3x3) @ 200kg. (440) before taking a few singles. Topped out @ 220kg. (484). Not a ball-buster, but tough enough. Most I’ve done since I hit (I think) 235kg. (517) around 5 years ago. Probably have a few more kgs. in me (without the triples before hand). In any event, pretty good lift for me. I’m around 15 pounds lighter (I’m @ 217 today) than I was back then and haven’t been training exceptionally heavy, as I was in those days. I think I’ll take a run at 230 (506) sometime in the next month or so.
I used straps on the triples. No straps on the singles. No belt or wraps.
