I’m not putting my weights down yet. Because they’re so light! But I’m doing pretty much 8-10 reps for core lifts and 8-15 reps for accessory to build a good base.

Not really. I took about a month+ off after my meet in March. Then I ran a 10K on Memorial Day and that took me out of the game for about several weeks afterward because my hip was so bad.
