Snacking on Cantaloupe Still Good?

Hi Ellington,
In Living Longer Stronger one of your eating suggestions is 1/2 cantaloupe as either a midday or late evening snack. In your more recent books you seem to favour bananas more than cantaloupe.

I know that variety is very important for a number of reasons in eating but do you have a nutritional preference between the two?


A half cantaloupe is still my preference.
