if anyones has heard of this before or tryed it, do you think it could be used for bench?
I have used it for bench several times - It works really well.
what kind of gains did you make from it?
It's essential concept: beating the shit out of a lift with very intense loads, will produce gains in almost any lift after supercompensation has occured. If you are inexperienced or have a less efficient nervous system you will make bigger gains, as it focuses on neural efficiency.
I used it about 4 years ago when I was still training with a partner. I can't remember the exact gains, but I remember being very pleased with the gains. Pleased enough to do it several more times.
